Getting the Most Out of the Community Channels

A Discord server works best when everyone knows roughly where things belong. If you are new, start by reading any pinned messages and server rules before posting. Pins usually hold the most useful reference material, such as how release announcements are handled and which channels are meant for chat, photos or questions. Taking a minute to read the recent conversation in a channel also helps you avoid repeating a question that was just answered.

Sharing photos of your figures

Collectors love seeing how figures look on real shelves, in natural light and next to other pieces. When you post a photo, a short caption helps others: which figure or collection it is, whether it is out of the box or customised, and anything you noticed about the paint, sculpt or articulation. Clear, honest photos are far more useful to fellow fans than heavily filtered ones. If you are curious about the background of a piece, the Collections page and the Studio Notes are good companions to the conversation.

Giving feedback that helps

Feedback is most valuable when it is specific. Saying a figure "feels great" is kind; saying the joints hold a pose well but the base is slightly small is something a studio can actually act on. Ideas for characters, colourways or display accessories are welcome too. Rough sketches, reference images and a sentence or two about the mood you are imagining go a long way. Keep in mind that sharing an idea is not a promise that it will be produced, and that releases take time to design and make.

Staying safe and kind

  • Never share personal details such as your address or payment information in public channels.
  • Be wary of direct messages offering trades, resales or "exclusive" items; confirm anything official through the site itself.
  • Treat other members' collections and creations with respect, whatever their budget or experience.

For questions about orders or deliveries, the Shipping page is the reliable place to check first, so the community channels can stay focused on what they do best: sharing the fun of toys.
