Getting the Most From Your Message
A little detail goes a long way when you write to a small studio. If your question is about a particular figure, mention its name and, if you know it, the collection it belongs to. That helps us find the right notes and photos quickly instead of guessing which piece you mean. You can browse the current toys or look back through the collections if you want to double-check a name before writing.
What to include
- Questions about a piece: the figure or set name, plus a photo if you're asking about paint, finish or a part that looks different from what you expected.
- Delivery questions: the country you're in and any reference you were given. Our shipping page covers the common questions and may answer yours straight away.
- Collaboration ideas: a short description of who you are, what you have in mind and links or images of your own work. Sketches, mood boards and rough concepts are all welcome; nothing needs to be polished.
- Press or interviews: the outlet, the angle you're interested in and any deadline you're working to.
A note on response times
Ghost Fox is a small Portland studio, so emails are read by the same people who sculpt, paint and pack. Replies can take a little longer during busy stretches, such as the run-up to a limited release, when a lot of messages arrive at once. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line so it stands out.
Sharing your collection
We always enjoy seeing where our figures end up: on desks, shelves, in dioramas or in the hands of younger fans. If you'd like to send photos, let us know whether you're happy for them to appear in a future studio note. We won't share anything without your permission, and we'll credit you however you prefer.
